This is a super tiny, very high quality 4mm bit ratchet. Its made in Taiwan, not China. Everything is well machined and smooth where it should be. It fit every 4mm bit I had to throw at it as well. The bits dont snap into place like most 1/4 bit ratchets, instead they are just held with friction from the retaining clip. This is fine and it is tight enough that its not an issue.

Just received it, and so far it works well, but it is smaller than I imagined. I was a bit surprised by how small it is. The ratchet itself only weighs 18 grams, and the box with the bits also weighs 39 grams. It is really very small. When I looked at the pictures in the Amazon product listing, I guess I was not paying close attention. It actually shows that it is small, but when you hold it in your hand, it is still a surprise. That said, with all the 3mm–4mm hex bits I use in hobby stuff, this will be handy, and I like it.
